You'll need only 3 ingredients in order to make this amazing homemade makeup remover. We are talking about yogurt, honey, and lime.



Yogurt


Yogurt contains natural enzymes and lactic acid. They help remove dead skin cells while also promoting the production of collagen and elastin. Yogurt beautifies the skin by hydrating, soothing and softening it. Yogurt also has superb cleansing properties as well as antibacterial and anti-fungal ones. 

Honey


The second ingredient is honey. It is recognized for having anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory and healing properties and it also helps hydrate your skin. These amazing properties make it an excellent cleanser for your skin. 

Lime

It's recommended that you double cleanse your face with this mixture if you aren't annoyed with a feeling of residue on your skin. This works way better than a makeup remover. 

This recipe has a pH value of 4.5, which is fine while a normal healthy skin has a value of 4.5 to 5.5. Nonetheless, a pH value of 4.5 may be a bit acidic for people with sensitive skin. It's advised to apply this with prudence and try to decrease the amount of lime juice.
