  • Half a cucumber
  • Spinach (1 handful)
  • 2 apples
  • Juice of 2 fresh limes
  • Ice (1 cup)
Method :
  • Juice the lime separately in a citrus juicer and pour it into your collection jar with the ice. This helps prevent oxidization of the juice.
  • Cut up the pinapple and apples so they are small enough to fit through your juicer’s feeder.

  • Run the carrots, celery, cabbage and lettuce through the juicer.

3- Honey and Cinnamon:

Ingredients :
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1cup/ 8oz/ 237 ml Water
Method :
  • Use 1 part of cinnamon to 2 parts of raw honey. 1 tsp cinnamon to 2 tsp honey is recommended.
  • Boil 1 cup/8oz/237 ml of water.
  • Pour the boiling water on cinnamon. Cover it and let it steep until it is warm enough to drink.
  • Add honey when the water is cool/warm. Never add honey when it is hot as the heat will destroy the enzymes and other nutrients in the raw honey.
When to drink: Before going to bed and the morning.
Best situations: After tiring day.
Tastes: Delicious and sweet.

How to get rid of fishy breath


A person with fishy breath would have never gotten a seat partner in school and college. In the official, personal and social interactions as well bad breath hampers the communication.

  • Mouthwash- prevents bad breath as a temporary solution by keeping the mouth moist as a dry mouth stinks.

  • Chewing gum- more saliva is produced when a chewing gum is chewed. Try out Cinnamon flavoring or the one with xylitol.

  • Cinnamonit cannot an essential oil that kills 50% bacteria.

  • Fish oil supplementthe omega 3s in the fish oil reduces odor.

5 Simple Home Remedies For Blackheads

1. Wear the right shoes
